Pamela and I could not be happier about your amazing work at Bellabeg House yesterday evening.
You, Mark, Linda and Luca all did a brilliant job, both the food and the service were first class. All our guests were raving about it and many are seriously considering giving up doing their own cooking and inviting you to do for them in future exactly what you did for us yesterday!
I do hope you got home safely and if there are any additional expenses you incurred just say - I have paid the invoice you sent yesterday.
