It’s been a crazy couple of days post our wedding at Cluny and getting ready for our Chinese wedding this Saturday, but Calvin and I just wanted to take a moment send a very very heartfelt thank you to you and the entire CF team. We honestly wouldn’t have got through our day without you, when things went wrong you all really stepped up to make sure the day could continue as smoothly as possible. All of our guests have said they didn’t really notice much difference in our day and it truly is a testimony to your professionalism and ability to adapt to the changing situation.
No words can express our thanks to you and also the team at 10 dollar shake. We will he signing your praises and recommend you all for a long time to come.
We just wanted a MASSIVE thank you for all that you and the team did to make our wedding day so special. The food was perfect - from the canapes, evening eats and amazing dinner, to the incredibly attentive staff, we couldn’t have asked for more. We have heard nothing but good reviews from our guests - some saying it was not only the best wedding meal they have ever had, but the best food they have EVER tasted. Its been a month since our event at Cluny Castle and there is still a warm glow in our hearts.
Thank you for making a vision, a reality. I was teary-eyed when I walked into the dining room and saw the table “EXACTLY” as I had described. You gave us a stellar, 5-star meal for our vow renewal dinner that we and all our guests will never forget.
They are still talking about the lamb and chacuterie! Your staff were exemplary and made us feel like royalty.
We wanted to message to say the biggest thank you for Thursday! You have been so helpful throughout the planning (and replanning!) and everything came together just as I had pictured it. You are all so professional and the service you provided was seamless throughout set up, running the day and keeping us well fed.
Our guests are absolutely raving about the food and we've been told loads of times it was the best meal they've had at a wedding!! The canopies and evening food were just as well received - everybody was so excited about the pies and chips!
Apologies for the mistake regarding the beef/chicken numbers and we are so grateful for how you handled it and came up with a solution; thank you. Please let us know the incurred extra costs for the fillet steaks and we'll get that paid as soon as possible.

Elizabeth, you have the kindest heart and the patience of a saint, I know I haven’t been the easiest to work with my ridiculously rubbish admin skills and my indecisiveness, I’m sure you hear this time and time again but you guys really have no idea how much your help and guidance really has been appreciated, without you and your team there is no doubt in my mind that our day would have been half the day it was, I would nominate myself as the most stressed bride there has ever been and anyone who knows me knows how much the wedding and everything about it is the opposite from me and what I usually can manage, I have been close to cancelling the whole thing so many times, my people pleasing brain and social anxiety has been pushed to its absolute limits, but I can hand on heart say any time you picked up the phone to me you were the most reassuring lovely person to talk with, and you always made me feel more at ease with things and made me feel like you had everything in hand, and you really did just that and I can’t tell you how thankful I/ we truly are.
I’m sure you already know that your team are an absolute credit to you, each and every member that I have spoken with and dealt with have done so with such a professional and friendly manner,
Megan, deserves a huge amount of recognition for her kindness and helpfulness, she really has been incredible and I am so thankful for all of her help in the lead up to, and also on the day, she was the last person I seen before I walked down the isle and she really had a calmness about her that in term made me feel reassured,

But finally, the catering in itself… you guys have a standard set that I knew was second to none before the day but I could never have anticipated just how much you could have exceeded our expectations,
Everything was perfect and our guests were so impressed that I wish you could hear all of their wonderful feedback that has brought me so much joy when they have complimented the meal and all of the catering, the food and the presentation was unbelievable and your skills are definitely award worthy, but also a mention for the accommodating chefs who made individuals menu options for all of our guests with allergy’s and intolerances, they all massively appreciated this and all were thrilled with their meal options as they usually feel limited with what they can have but that instead felt so included with the rest of the guests,
Everyone under the name of Country Flavours should be so proud of themselves for the work they do and the joy they bring to others, I cannot truly express how thankful we really are for everything you have all done for us and the part you played in making our day special,

The drinks reception seemed to disappear before our eyes and we didn’t actually get to see much of it, but everyone looked like they were having a great time and were all well fed and boozed up!
The food was delicious and everyone kept commenting on how great it all was (even my mum who is by far the hardest person to please!). Those sticky piglets went down an absolute dream with everyone.
All the food was piping hot and yummy, and the haggis bon bons were a winner in a crowd of English folk!
