I attended the Crathie Opportunity Lunch at Balmoral yesterday and just wanted to pass on my congratulations to you and your team for a fantastic day.  The food, the presentation and the service was second to none and probably the best outside function I have ever attended.  I just wanted to pass on my compliments to you and all your team for such a wonderful job and I will have no hesitation in recommending you in the future should anyone require outside catering.  Well done to everyone at the company. With best wishes and kind regards, The Marcliffe Hotel & Spa
